Smog check was coming up and this converter made my truck pass with zero issues. The universal fit was straightforward to install, and I haven't seen the check engine light since.

Replaced the old clogged one on my truck and the check engine light stayed off just like the description promised. The universal design gave enough room to weld in cleanly, and the stainless casing looks solid under the frame. Took an afternoon but totally worth it for the peace of mind.

The universal fit was exactly what I needed for my project car, and the check engine light has stayed off since installation. It's a bit pricier than some options, but knowing it's CARB compliant gives me peace of mind for the smog check.
