The deep, aggressive tone at idle is exactly what I was hoping for—not obnoxiously loud but definitely present. You can really feel the straight-through design working when you get on the throttle.

Swapped out the stock unit for this oval straight-through and the drone at highway speeds is gone, but the throttle response feels noticeably sharper. The 24-inch body fit perfectly in the tunnel without any extra hangers, and the signature sound is deep without being obnoxious inside the cab.

Put the old chambered muffler on my truck to rest and swapped this straight-through in – the drone is gone at highway speeds but it still barks when I get on it. The 5x8 oval fits perfectly in the stock location, and I can actually feel the throttle response wake up a bit.
