The growl this exhaust adds on cold starts is exactly what the 535i needed, and it settled into a refined hum at highway speeds. Fitment was spot-on for my 2009 model, no modifications needed.

The exhaust note is exactly what I wanted—deep and resonant at cold start, but it settles into a refined hum on the highway, so long trips don't get tiring. I've put about 500 miles on it since the install and the drone is basically nonexistent at cruising speeds.

Installed this on my 535i last weekend and the deep, resonant tone at highway speeds is exactly what I was hoping for. Fitment was spot-on with no modifications needed, and it really wakes up the 3.0L.
