The crossmember-back design made for a much cleaner install than I expected, and the dyno-proven performance gains are definitely noticeable on the highway. The engine sound is deeper and more aggressive without being too loud inside the cabin.

I was a bit worried about the install, but the mandrel-bent tubing lined up perfectly with the factory hangers. The sound is deep and mellow at idle but really opens up when you step on it. Definitely woke up the old Bel Air without being obnoxious.

After installing this crossmember-back system, the low-end torque improvement was immediately noticeable on acceleration. The stainless steel construction fits perfectly with no alignment issues on my '57.
