The deep, rumbling idle when I first started it up was exactly the sound I wanted from this cat-back system. It really opened up the throttle response, and the drone at highway speeds is minimal, which surprised me for a 3.5L.

Installing this was straightforward with basic hand tools, and the sound is exactly what I wanted—deep and aggressive without being obnoxious inside the cab. The dyno-proven performance boost is noticeable when merging onto the highway.

I was a bit worried about drone on the highway, but the sound is actually really clean and mellow at cruising speeds. The real character comes out when you step on it—the deep, resonant tone makes the Navigator feel way more alive. Installation took me about two hours in the driveway.
