Finally got my Tempo back on the road after the old converter clogged, and this bolted right up to the existing flanges without any modification. The mandrel-bent tubing is nice and smooth, and the car runs much better—check engine light hasn’t come on once.

I've been running this converter on my '93 Topaz for about a month now, and the check engine light hasn't flickered once. The mandrel-bent tubing looks like it'll hold up way better than the rusted factory piece I pulled off.

Finally stopped chasing the CEL gremlin that had been haunting my Topaz for months. The mandrel-bent tubing made for a clean fit under the car and the whole swap took under two hours with basic hand tools.
