Installed this on my '03 Tacoma and the check engine light stayed off just like promised. The universal design made it a bit tricky to weld in, but once it was in place, everything lined up perfectly.

I was a bit worried about universal fitment, but the welds are clean and it bolted right up to my truck's existing exhaust. The check engine light stayed off after the install, exactly what I needed.

Finally got the check engine light to stay off after swapping the old one; the universal fit made installation pretty straightforward on my truck. The stainless steel braiding seems like it'll hold up better than the last cheap converter I tried.
